Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

If you received a product you don’t want or you have changed your mind we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if the product is in a fully re-saleablecondition – the product must be unopened and unused and return made with 14 days of purchased.

If you received any items which are faulty or damaged with evidence that it left Perfume Source warehouse in that condition please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement. Items will be refund or replace at the full discretion of Perfume Source management and wemay require photographic and other evidence to support your claimsfor faults or damages.

Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2ndClass.Perfume Source cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach back to our warehouse.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, on receipt of the returned incorrect item we will send the correct item and refund the return postage.

Refunds will be process on receipts of the items back in our warehouse. Refund will be paid on the same credit card from which payment was taken for items return to Perfume Source. The refund value will be the price paid when the order was placed.
